It's been about a year since I was able to say, "hello, I'm a Mac". It took me that entire time to find something I truly dislike about it. All those who are considering the Mac vs. PC debate, please please please, take this point into consideration...It's totally legit and no, I'm not kidding one bit. You know when you get your nails done, and they 'click'..I love that click.  It's like a constant compliment reminder that ' it's okay you're on a PC, your nails look awesome'. Well, when you type on a mac, you don't get the 'click'. Takes all the fun out of typing. I'm fairly convinced, it's because if you're on a Mac, you don't need that pat on the back, to make you feel better about using one. Pretty sure it was taken into consideration when they designed the PC/Mac. The 'click'. You know, it's the same as if your fabulous new pair of high heels didn't click, or clack, when walking. Just. not. cool.  I'm trying my best to be optimistic about my dilemma. Work with me here.

Now that my rant is over, it's time to move on to the important things that happened about a year ago. This little cutie (with a totally awesome name), Taysley, was born.  Her mommy is my hubby's cousin.  She was SO stinkin' good! Smiles. Braved the chilly morning winds. Ate some cake. & sported a few more smiles.

 

 If I'm being 100 % honest, sometimes, I wish I could eat a cake like that and not be judged. There I said it. This should be a yearly ritual, not just for 1 year olds.

  She had the completely right idea...   :)

Do you remember this little guy from here or here?  We finally got together to get some pictures of the family!  My Sister in Law is so much fun...and they're all so dang cute!

Little man went wondering and found some "hidden" spots that were fun for a different "feel" to the pictures!

Peek a boo!  I spy another sister in law..I asked them to show me some smiles..they ALL did!  :)

I had to Shanna. You don't stick your face in front of the camera without secretly, deep down, wanting it to be blogged, right?  ;)  Thanks for all your help Shanna. & Thank YOU Jon and Jenn for asking me to take your family photos! You guys are such a great looking family!

Tayson

I am going to apologize in advance. I have major writers block on the brain. Okay, confession, I'm  almost done with the Switched Trylle Trilogy and I'm hooked.  My husband buying himself a kindle was the best thing he ever did for me.   :)  BUT, I figured I needed to blog. It's been almost a week since the session and I'm a slacker, so, I apologize!!

Tayson is my husband's dad's wife's daughter's son. Get that? Okay, Okay, he is also my nephew. He is such a cutie. I was able to take pictures at his birthday party last month, which you can see here. He was awesome for a 3 year old, or any kid really.  We got the whole session done in one hour, and even endured a few rain sprinkles. ENJOY!

 He loves his toy gun.

 He loves candy. 

We had a lot of shots with the two, but over all, I think they all turned out so great!

Girls Girls Girls

I used to babysit this little cutie all the time. 

 Although, I don't get to anymore, Emma sure loves when she gets the chance to play with Hayden.  We watched Barney. We danced.  Yes, I said WE, not they. We played with play dough. 

 We made a mess on the driveway and on our clothes with some fancy chalk. We ate Mac N Cheese. & of course, we took a few pictures!  Miss Emma refuses to sit still or look at the camera for a picture anymore. There is a chance I have the camera out A LOT. So, instead of fighting her, I enjoyed taking a few of cutie-pa-tootie Hayden!

Santa baby...

My baby is turning one next week. I can't believe how quickly time flies! I love her to pieces, and wish she would sit still just for a few minutes so I could snap a few more pictures! Maybe Santa will grant my wish? =)
